About Mandy Schonzeit

Born and raised in New York, Mandy Schonzeit weaves together a global perspective with years of training to bring expressive, humorous and personal art to collectors and students alike.

Whether inspired by the landscapes of the Himalaya Predesh in India, the people of Kuna Yala in northeast Panama, the traditions of Japan and China or the animals of the Long Island farms, Mandy’s work projects an intimate connection with her subjects – human or beast.

An accomplished artist working in a broad spectrum of media with a specialty in animals, Ms.Schonzeit enjoys creating private commissioned paintings and murals as well as opportunities to cultivate artistic talent in children.
